BREAKING: Bomb Damages US Consulate In Mexico; No Injuries

The U.S. Embassy in Mexico says a bomb damaged the outside of the U.S. consulate in the border city of Nuevo Laredo, but there are no injuries.

Claude Young, a spokesman at the embassy in Mexico City, says the explosive device was thrown over the consulate's wall Saturday.
