Michigan Family Selling Town On eBay

A Michigan family has put up a small town for auction on eBay, Detroit TV station WDIV reported. Judy Fletcher co-owns the small Washington state town of Wauconda with her daughter, Daphne.

"It's kind of rural. There's nothing in any direction for 20 miles. That's it!" Fletcher said.

The town includes a post office, gas station, grocery store, restaurant and a four-bedroom house - all on 4 acres of land.

"I painted, decorated ... it's the Spaghetti Saloon now. The restaurant has about 65 seats and is kind of a spaghetti-Western theme," Fletcher said.

Fletcher said her daughter bought the town from an older couple three years ago, and currently lives and operates the store there.

"She wants to move on to another adventure. She's writing a book and she wants to get on the road and explore the U.S.," Fletcher said. "She's been a gypsy all her life."

The eBay auction ends April 2. Search "town for auction" on eBay to place a bid.
