The world's top competitive eater has just added another dish to his win list, WPBF-TV reported.
Joey Chestnut, the three-time and current Nathan's hot dog eating contest champion, swallowed 15 1/2 corned beef sandwiches on rye bread to win the first-ever TooJay's World Class Corned Beef Eating Championship in Palm Beach Gardens.
Chestnut won $5,000. Competitors had 10 minutes to eat as many sandwiches as they could.
Five amateurs were selected randomly before the competition to participate in the eating contest.
