Bulldogs Prepare For Historic Visit To Arizona State

Georgia is 8-4-1 against schools from the PAC-10. The Bulldogs have never faced Arizona State. Georgia’s all-time record against PAC-10 teams is: Arizona - 0-0-1, California - 2-0-0, Oregon - 1-0-0, Oregon State - 3-0-0, Stanford - 0-1-0, California - 2-0-0 and USC - 0-3-0 (the Bulldogs have never played the Sun Devils, Washington or Washington State). The last time the Bulldogs faced a team from the PAC-10 was in 1987 against Oregon State in Athens. Georgia won that matchup 41-7.

This will be the Bulldogs’ longest road trip since the 2000 O’ahu Bowl when Georgia defeated Virginia 37-14 in Honolulu after traveling more than 4,500 miles. It is the longest regular season road trip since 1960 when the Bulldogs fell 10-3 to Southern Cal in Los Angeles.
