The primal scream emitted by Howard Dean following his third-place finish in the 2004 Iowa Caucus — dubbed the "I Have A Scream" speech (also known as "Dean's Scream")— quickly gained cult-like status on the Web. Every time I hear it, I laugh, especially if I isolate the scream and play it over and over, LOL!
